Happy Labor Day to you! This will be an abridged newsletter for this week. We are in Week 4 of our Community Supported Fishery and there is still plenty of time for your friends and family to sign up! We have rolling enrollment at a prorated price!

The Catch of the Week is Acadian Redfish. Redfish is a thin, sweet tasting white fish and will arrive with the skin on. The powerful and very good for you Omega 3's are in the skin! 

There are no Shellfish Add ons this week, but we have lots of Additional Fish available: both Haddock and Redfish, click here to order. Discounts on fish orders over 2lbs!

Our Fishermen this week are guestboat fishermen from the F/V Teresa Marie III, landing in Gloucester, Mass. Redfish are an offshore species that our NH dayboat fishermen cannot catch, so we rely on our guestboats for these.

Come see us at the Hampton Seafood Festival Friday night, Sept. 7, at the NH Made Culinary Tent, 6:30-8:30pm! We are partnering with Explorer Food and Travel, from Moultonborough to bring you some delicious Asian seasoned local fish treats! There's lots of local seafood vendors and great entertainment, all weekend!
